Our all-inclusive holiday party package includes three hours of event time with early access for setup, a chef-crafted menu with your choice of entrees, fresh salads, seasonal sides and fresh-baked rolls, full beverage service, silver Chiavari chairs, and custom linens.

How many guests can you host for a holiday party?

Valleybrook hosts holiday parties from intimate gatherings of 25 up to large celebrations of 220 guests. Our events team will recommend the right room setup for your headcount, whether you need a dance floor, a stage for awards, or a straightforward seated dinner.

Can you customize the menu, including for dietary restrictions?

Yes. Menus are fully customizable, and our culinary team accommodates vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs with advance notice.

Can we bring our own decor or a party theme?

Absolutely. Custom decor and themed elements are welcome, and your early setup access means there is time to dress the room before guests arrive.

When should we book a corporate holiday party?
